Sounds like a t**t mate.Its 20% he'd need to deduct but if he wants to take the tax off you get a cheque off him not cash that way he'll have to pay the tax he's taken off you having said that if he offerd cash i'd take it in case he stops the cheque! sounds like he's knocking you down to 120...

Ive got to biggish tool boxes one for wet tools trowels floats brushes etc and one for dry tools tape measure pad saw snips pencils chalk line etc basically anything i don't want going rusty or getting damp as for out of shape trowels its not too bad if i slightly curves up but you don't want it...

Yeah i've worked in jersey was there for 6 months but working for my employer at the time from the mainland so no difference in wages hotel was good and going out drinking eating etc was cheaper as were tools and i've a 5 year old daughter from my time there so yeah all round good times ;D

I've had out of date plaster go bothways gone off before you can get it off the spot and still troweling it 3hrs later where it aint gone off.don't touch it now used to be handy to carry half a bag for patching but i don't bother now.

Re: how many boards on  average to a bag? I've got to admit i've only ever got 2 boards out a bag the dabs are supposed to be every 400 i've seen site agents tapping boards and having them off again if there's not enough dab behind them
