    No heating damp course and air flow have this all the time in students floats. They dry there clothes on the radiators. Worst case we have to dig it out and tank it. Plus the above.

    Hi I feel really bad spunky has a problem bellow. Dave would you buy a pair of work trousers with a heavy duty elasticised crotch area to prevent crotch split of the vertical seam? can you old hand help him out, might be time to keep him busy.:rolleyes)

    Don't have that problem. You could try a truss if you have a problem or use a smaller step-up.

    Hi to you all, I'm new to the forum and need help. I am building up a bonding coat, when I use the feather edge on it the bonding is pulling creating hollows. I rarely use bonding I mostly skim any help appreciated. cheers to you all Dave
