    good old days. remember putting all your jute scrim on with first bucket of thistle, then filling out between with another bucket and rulling level with the derby. Then skimming two coats and ruling each coat flat. what a faf!! good finish though!

    I believe mini mesh were meant for sticking on, i.e. where there is nothing to nail to. But only a fool would use them as they are rubbish!!

    I have a load of screws and fixings left over from a big job that was cancelled. I could do with getting rid of some of it, if anyone is interested I will send them a list of what I have. Dave
