Hi, Try to fing the numbers of plastering companies in your area - they will have all the site work - prices,where i live (manchester) are 2.50 for skimming You could always walk onto a building site and ask the spreads who the work for and get the number in my experience, site work is hard...

hi, best to get the room on in one go if you can- use an angle trowel for the internal angles. this way your not having to move around as much and you can get a nice neat angle... If the rooms too big to do that then get the opposite walls on and wait for the internal angles to set... you can...
