Anyone primed and coated fresh sand and cement plaster with K Rends primer and TC15? K rend say to use their HP12 basecoat but I'm wondering is sand and cement sufficient. I actually prefer using their HP12 over sand and cement but the cost difference is substantial.
I'm currently building my father a small one bedroom cottage and I am planning on finishing it in Krends TC15 in Pure White. I was wondering do you need to use Krends basecoat or can I just use sand and cement plaster, prime it and then top coat it?
