    Terolene over painted stucco

    Hi all I’m a chippy by trade do a bit of skimming but that’s it! I’m after a bit of help I’m looking to terolene over water based paint on stucco can you give me any tips on what to use so it sticks to the paint. The paint has been on for around 3 years.Many thanks
