Hi all does anyone know if cementone plaster stabilizer requires pva before plastering as nothing noted on tin thanks

Will sanding the walls have the same effect I.e take the shine away from the paint or is it not worth the risk,as it's a hole room.thanks

Hi there I have to plaster over some semi shiny paint with little to no suction.after reading some reviews I've seen bonding agent which I will try but do u need to pva after bonding agent has dried,will then skim with thistle multifinish,thanks
