Thanks for for reply. I would prefer a flat surface to work over.. I dont want to be applying dobs of adhesive as there is hollows in wall plus I need to still plaster at height above where tile height will be. This wall just one of many in same condition too. Cheer's

Evening all. Can anyone please advise to repairing this wall after tiles was removed. I was going to use multi finish.but want to make sure this will hold well with the weight of tiles that be going back up in the bathroom. Please be gentle with me Many thanks
