Fair enough these are your opinions. It does say £115 minimum? How do you know what the top rate is? Flexible work hours etc, Transport provided if local.

Not too sure, as the contract on this is worth less than £1000.00 I think it falls under the exemptions from CIS on that particular job, pending the plasterer is CIS registered too.
