    hi ive been asked to render a chimnea basicly a free standing fire place and chimney on a patio built in brick and concrete blocks a lot of cracks in the mortar from previous use dont want the same happening to my work the customer is very fussy any advice would be appreciated cheers fellas

    been on the tools 17 years but but still learning has anyone been asked to render a chimnea its like a free standing fire place in some ones garden and the whole thing gets pretty hot judging by the cracks in the mortar dont want the same happening to my work would appreciate any advice cheers lads
