Anybody else had a text and phone call from BG?

Text me on Friday saying bg want to talk to spreads and I've been selected :lol:

Thought no more of it.

Anyways got a call from the fella today asking if he could come up and see me and get some opinions from me on what's right and wrong and what we want from them.

Seems a decent enough fella so going to let him come up and have a chat with him in a couple of weeks.

Anybody else spoken to them? And if so is it a waste of time
 
There's a chap on here called theapprentice who does that sort of thing so may well be him....you still liking your van as im thinking I might get one soon

Yeah mate Still over the moon with it now it's decked out how I want it.

Not missed a beat yet and just clocked 5k miles in it.

Touch wood haven't had any niggles with it although did have a close shave with a tree brach/trunk that nearly took the roof off!! Luckily no damage caused.
That's what happens when you do a favour for a mate and end up working up in the yorkshire hills

Last time I spoke to him he was bringing a van full
Of unifinish for us to try or show me how to apply - I heard they like to push that product on the odd occasion another thread u can buy it for 50p a bag (y)

Just be really careful and ask for him to send ID before you meet him as:-

1) it could be a set up as everyone knows plasterers get rock star money, so you might get mugged.
2) it might be @Olican and you'll be gaffer taped to a hop up and get your back doors smashed in.
3) it might be Cassie because @scottie5 has given out your number to throw him off the scent and you'll be Miss Piggy'd to fcuk and back "Hiiiyah!".
4) it might be @Danny setting up a photo shoot for his latest web site www.OiledUpBummerTradesmen.com
 
Yeah spoke to them and told them multifinish is wank and so is unfinish and he hung up . HOW RUDE

@Nisus is too 'busy' for the forum these days. Still, I expect he'll be back once he's married. (Forum wedding, time to buy a hat!) :bailando:
 
He met some girl in Brum and she invited him to go back to her home place,that might explain it, sh1t wifi in Lahore
