hey guys

Have any of you lot used your samples yet??
I used the Bauwer light and thought it was great used it for some dubbing out that was about 50mm thick.

Mixed it up and slapped it in with some mesh and the stuff didn't even move its great lol.

I can see me placing a few orders with this when the need comes up.i messed about with it for a bit and it floated up nice too.
Iv not yet used the slandered though.

Anybody tried there's yet??

Used Bauwer light to dub out block work today, thought it did the job really well. Does anyone know the price per bag on say 20 odd bags?

I've used the Bauwer Lite insulating render on a job in Putney, South London. We applied it to 35/40mm with no apparent sign of slumping. Very impressed with the product, would use again.

Any pics?

I posted intermediate photos (not finished) of the Putney job already at:

http://www.plasterersforum.com/thre...-plaster-from-bauwer.63787/page-3#post-976996

Decoration is not yet finished by painters Sandtex, it is in the process.
I already asked for the final photos and I'll post them at forum as soon as available.

Also I'd like to use to opportunity to stress that Bauwer is the thermal insulation, not just a traditional render....
Bauwer Light could be finished not only with Bauwer Finish (float, sponge and paint in 1-2 weeks) but with other vapour permeable finishing renders like Monorex GM, etc

So it I possible to have any Finish you like (provided it is vapour permeable) with Bauwer Light in order to improve thermal performance, dehumidifying properties, sound absorption and overall comfort of a home.

Best regards,
Alexander
