I wear scruffs workpants with kneepads and have 2 pair of joggers also from scruffs with knee pads. Plus boots or trainers with steel toe caps. My jumpers and polo shirts have my company details on. I just think its more professional than turning up in trackies or jeans and trainers etc but what matters is the finished job not what your wearing

I turn up tattooed from knuckle to earlobe with enough ironmongery in my face to make a tinker weep usually dressed in clothes that look I've crawled out of a skip. But it's the finished job that counts!

If they come home and youve got their pants on your head its a tough conversation....especially if its the blokes pants(y)
Moved chest of drawers onto landing with me mate once opening the top drawer to lift he finds dildo and waves it at me star wars styley with that I hear the garden gate clink open and there's the lady of the house returning waving at us through the window our battle enactment becomes clear as her face changed from smile to embarrassed. No more teas and hardly a glance after that.:risas: :sisi:

i
most con men wear a suit
think youd look a bit of a knob if you turned up in a suit, even for a quote, people expect workman to look like workman. if a workman turned up to mine in a suit id think he was a conman

I turn up in sports direct gear on head to toe..slazenger joggers with a Lonsdale vest and Dunlop hat..works every time
you just need an old black nike baseball cap and youd be perfect

dont do domestic all site work I do couldn't be assed out pricing waiting on cash putting on a false face for different people lol
Different worlds then, how you look is important to someone the first time you walk into their homes....they know theyre about to trust you with their most prized possession and if you look like a knob on their doorstep it worries them

Are they flairs ?

armani, classic fit at the moment.
i see these people at b and q first thing in the morning dressed in dirty clothes as though someone has dipped them in a tub of multi. when a person looks a scruffy it gives the impression to the customer is going to get a scruffy job!

bullshit mate so you think people judge people on how they look unberleavabubble lol not the quality of there work

I'll get ripped but i don't care. I wear snickers gear. Lasts me a good 3 years or more. T shirts are breathable and have an anti sweat thing in them so they never smell. Jumpers are very warm and have extra padding in the elbows. Trousers are spot on and very handy when boarding. Screws in one pocket, tape, pencil and knife in another. Each to their own i suppose. I'm not arsed about looking good i just want good gear that lasts.

They meet you before you do the work so yes if you look like a scruff you dont get the job and they never get the pleasure of seeing your work....also I dont know what unberleavabubble means
