Ceilings or walls

Got an appatment coming up to do and wondering if there is anyreason why i cant mf the ceilings anf board it then erect all internal walls after or do i have to do all the walls then the ceilings in each room. Would save a load of materials and work.

It's done with timber frame, so I can't see why not with metal.

Theres no reason why you can't , but most sparks and plumbers would generally ask for walls up and boarded one side so it makes it easier for them to first fix.
I find as a rule they dont like leaving services dangling from the ceilings or laying on the floor.
