Yeah i agree with you Stuart as everyone plasters in a different way. I think i waited that bit longer with a new one before i ran it over for first pass.I probably gave it an extra pass at the end also which takes no effort as you know.I think if a new one is used on the final pass a couple sets that is all it would need.

Bang on mate, new one used in final pass works superb but to use one for every trowel after laying on takes a broken in one.

Ryan.... I put my nela s*p*r*lex behind my Pick up and accidently ran over it... just wondered if this is covered on the warranty.. couldnt believe it broke.. FFS, my 4x4 only weighs a couple of ton.. german shite...lol..

What are they like for undoing scaff clips?.

Good man, pleased to hear it. Sorry for any Inconvenience caused. On the bright side of things, you will have a t-shirt coming with your new one :)

I got a nice tshirt with my Nela Ryan , is awesome .....although it was a XL lol and im just a smallguy but suprisingly fits ok :) trowel is brilliant also. Is the EZE spat the same as the blue handled refina s*p*r*lex skimming spat?

perfect.. just smash fuk outta fitting ... and dont worry.. any damage is covered under warranty..lol.. ( ps.. wtf is a clit ? lol )

A clit?. just think of it as a really small cock, im sure you know what one of those look like. (it'll be round the front bottom area).

Also we explained there was a problem in manufacture a while ago, which lead to someone at NELA losing there job. There was a few faulty ones which slipped through the net. Out of 4000 sold we have had less than 20 returned for this reason. This has all been rectified now, NELA are so confident in the quality and so are we that there is the 5 year warranty that we will honour. Also the 'Glue Tape' which holds the two blades together has been improved as well so there shouldn't be any problems.

Does the warranty cover me leaving mine on the roof of my van

Bought 2 different size nela s*p*r*lex trowels a few months ago and used them straight out of the box with no problems.. They leave a great finish and save a lot of time. An 8 inch midget trowel would be great.
handles are good , even with wet hands they are easy to grip,
Great trowels well worth the money.

wholeheartedly agree :RpS_thumbup: once you realise they're just for finishing. a midget trowel would be the best thing thats ever happened to me.

dont diss the p1ss :RpS_mad:

wheres the 8 inch? can only see the 11 inch :RpS_confused: whens the free postage and the new site going to kick in ?

strange to see some comments on the quality of the s*p*r*lex. I'm still using the one I tested for @Plasterers1StopShop and haven't had a problem (been mostly skimming since then as well so its been put through the mill) have 2 other plasterers working with me now that are using them and dont have a problem. Here is the trowel in use today , still as good as the day it arrived

seems you have an open abrasion on your thumb..............stop thumbing dry ass during lunch......................:RpS_thumbup:

Mate that's about on the same level as my other half who made a crap paper aeroplane for the boy, It kept nose diving so she christened it MH17

Sky tv have won the rights to show this years World Origami Championship. Unfortunately it's only on paper view.

I nearly bought an origami belt the other day.

But then I realised it would just be a waist of paper.
