I have used 35 bags of magnetic plaster.its trowells on and spreads same as multi finish just needs to be put on a bit thicker.it has been trialled and test i am a normal self employed plasterer of 15 years.over 4 or 5 2400 x 1200 in a mix you will have about 3 hours to finish.alot of plasterers are not very receptive to new products maybe you need to give something new a chance and be open to new possible money making product.tiles and tiler cost a bomb but people are happy to pay and put them on there walls i think gypsum are giving plasterers like you and me an opportunity make more money by offering the public magnetic and other plasters as an alternative to say a tile on a wall.

So how did you get your hands on it and where are you from maybe introduce yourself, what was the job you did and why did you use the gear? Oh and welcome

You are so suspicious...... It's not as if it's his first post and he has used gear that's not even out yet............wait a cotton pickin minute........ I hope I have not been taken for a ride and wasted one of my precious posts, please tell me @Nisus is wrong :(

You can see what happened they all got together held a number of meetings and came up with a name "what about theplasterman?" You are a F*****g genius yep we will go with that then a number of meetings later "I will go on late at night make one post then **** off" you are a F*****g genius this is nearly as good as let's make the bags out of tissue and we will waste a fortune in gear but we will sell more :)

restoration man used it... so it has been used on projects... you never got @thplastererman could have been the guy who applied it :D
 
Sorry been back in hospital for a few days The latest I have is production 2nd / 3rd week in march and on the shelf mid April. Price still £55 per bag. ill hopefully know more Friday week.
 
Flynny man I am the plasterer doing all the work on the restoration man raf bunker.i only just come across this forum .in the next few days I will get to grips with how to fill all my details in and use the site.so you know I'm real.put magnetic plaster in YouTube I put some videos on there of the job a few weeks ago and will put some more on after I go back there next week

I was using the magnetic on raf bunker which features on the restoration man.flynnyman I got to get it clear for you bud I don't work for bg.i got the job at the bunker off a builder who referred me to the owner who I am skimming for and render work and magnetic which bg supplied to him.i never really been into internet stuff until recently and just googled magnetic plaster to see what info came up cus I had put some videos on YouTube of work with magnetic at the bunker.the plasterers forum came up on page 2 so had a look to see if anyone else had used it and that's when I posted last night.
