yesterday we sprayed weber ocr through the ritmo for the first time.its nice gear to use.we sprayed 32m2 in 2 passes no worries.it was going over old brick work that had been scat and was in fairly poor condition.sprayed first pass around 15mm,bed our mesh in,scratched and left for a hour to have tea.only took 40 minutes to spray topcoat ready for floating.i was suprised how quick it pulled in although the bricks we`re fairly dry.in total 32m2,with a thickness of 25mm finished in 7 hrs.happy days

What did you have your water and speed setting at bobby???

1 thing we seem to be doing with spraying renderers is setting the water @ 200 which is probably to low.we have tried to set water around 250 mark but it just seems to wet and splatter`s every where!!! any tips?

spray cap and airline setting will make a difference to how if comes out. i prefere as larger cap size as poss. makes it easier to spray wetter

We spray renders at speed 10 water about 260

I have the air quite far back so it really farts out.

We're on 225 for pral m speed 10. Never ever get above that really.....ehi is on 180! And it ain't dry.

Spraying ehi over maite & insulation....around £12-14 a bag. Nice stuff. It's gf so a nice tight finish. We're spraying at 180 and a next day scrape. Lovelly productive stuff in that it's r******d or the lime in it makes it a next dayer even at this time of year. Try not to use parex in the summer anymore

I think its the long set time. If for any reason you don't finish spraying by 11 your in for a late one once you have scratched back and sorted everything out.

Had a couple of 8pm-9pm finishes this year :RpS_crying:

Yep exactly.....after using weber Parex is just a long day for no need. Parex in winter though. I think weber should bring out a fine pral m to compete with parex's gf. It's a better finish and everyone prefers it
