used the machine for the first time today there mint we did 85m in 2 1/2 hours! Has anyone got any tips for spraying especially around beads it just wants to slide around on them
 
Sure i have read in post's that they fill out around the bead before they start spraying for this reason but i'm sure someone will be able to inform you better than me :RpS_lol:
 
Will do let me know if you want to give be anything free too lol, were spraying j20 parex runs, its not my machine its the bosses an mtec m300, does anyone know if its quicker spraying with a 35mm hose than 25?
 
cool . i solid dab all my beads since a drip bead got knocked off by a scaffolder! and get me lab to bed the mesh in round windows .then spraying is a breeeeeeze. not that its hard anyway.

Cheers Keith we had a wall that had 12 m in it and it must of took no more than 5-10 mins to spray it its mental, **** me are you doing 130m tomorrow?

No mate :RpS_lol: it does give a buss ,when you look at what you done in the time ,and as i have always said ,without the strain

The dark sides alot ******* faster than the light side lol......were spraying again tomorrow I bet it goes tits up!
 
Did ok today we moved the airline back so it was farting before we were getting loads of so bubbles so hopefully that will help I managed to turn the switch off so the rotor stopped for a bit and it pissed down apart from that bring it on
Be nice to get on a normal job yesterday was tonnes of taping and today was off towers
 
Yo spunk...wait til you spray weber OCR onto blocks and be walking away at 4 with a floated wall that's minter than by hand! Pitty the guy sitting next to you on the way home when your getting rather keen about your machine lol

We have started to use tape from Ryan that leaves no marks ,so now we can tape up and leave it on ,not like duck tape which is a nightmare ,food for thought when your beading out ,tape up the same time ,glad it is going well ,but been s**t weather
 
I always like to see the frame when beading....and it's usually wet from a bit of a brush at beading time so what's your method for masking same time butt?
