I had heard marra before joining the forum.:RpS_thumbup:

to make it even more confusing marra can also be used to ask someone if there is something wrong as in, "What's the matter with you old chap" becomes "wot's the marra wi ya like"
 
with the size whisk i have on mine it weighs a ton haha but theres nothing in the world you cnt mix now mate
 
yeah i was sure i rememberd andy saying it came with a positive paddle which i hate, the 180 neg paddle is pukka but i have the big refina white buckets for mixing and anything smaller just goes in the normal white tall buckets the whisk doesnt make a mess in the small bucket though cos its the negative one remember so everything gets pulled inwards, a 180 takes liturally seconds in a normal white bucket, and not much longer in the big bucket with 4 bags in

Which would you recommend? Any links?
 
the refina one mate i ordered it the other week and havent taken it off even it its just a small mix say half a bucket leave the big paddle on and just switch the mixer down to the lower gear ratio, or and obviously be sensible about what size bucket you choose half a bag mix wnt make mess on the lower setting in a standard tall bucket

Yeah looking at the refina one, another 50 notes with delivery! Will be £350 for the drill then.. Could have got the refina one.. Does that come with neg paddle?
 
Get yourself an extension too Ben. If your over 6ft it'll save you bending your back whilst mixing.
 
i havent got the refina mixer mate ive got the eibenstock one that came with a neg paddle but some dozy labourer bent it so the other week i got the refina neg paddle, ive found i dnt need the extension as ive only got little leggies

Where do I get an extension? Never new you could get one
 
if its too heavy for you, you could always get yourself some man arms and get rid of your girly ones while your ordering things to go with the mixer:RpS_tongue:
