right. im selling my tranny if anyone is interested. its an o2 swb 100ps 300 with 103k on the clock.

its an ex bt so has all the services and iv changed oil and filter each yr with each mot. just had a new clutch and new front pads and disks. still runs very well, gearbox is still smooth etc.

has the usual transit rusty bits but nothing too much, only a couple of little 50p sized bits. iv had the seals re done so theyre not an issue.

back is fully plyed.

will sell with a new mot as current one is almost up.

would ideally like around the 2k mark. will try and get some pics up soonish but its all still full of tools atm so wont be the best

Been good in Clacton today and yesterday Nick had a couple of long walks with the fishing rod, caught fcuk all but a very pleasent break, back to work in the morning.

the seats are covered in various types of semen, and the indicator stalk smells like poo for some reason. i think that goes for most trannys though.

wants to be around 1200 as said or less , i got rid of my old 53 reg transit last year as it was a spare van these days and not used, and only got 1500 and that had 90 on clock. old vans arent worth anything these days as offers on new vans or nearly new vans are that good im affraid

i sold my 54 tranny with 80 on the clock and only got 2000 for it, i was shocked at how little it was worth.
its not allowed in london is it? cos of the age?

it is not allowed inside the london emissions zone if it has a diesel engine however if had a petrol conversion it would be ok

??? so if you have a 54 van thats diesel its not allowed in but if its petrol it is?

a 54 deisel is allowed but nicks van isnt i thought its 53 and older thats not allowed in london

what the gypsies do is go to a scrap yard, get the engine number off a petrol engine, tell swansea they have had an engine conversion to petrol the van is not then checked for emissions, and i bet they are running on pink diesel.

i have to work in london from time to time and when i am up there its usually for a couple of months, but i hate getting on the train if all me expenses are paid for (which they usually are) i would much rather take the motor than the train, hot stickey crowed delays oorrrr nice and cool air con tunes playing and have a smoke when ever i fancy
