Do you reckon this would attract more work if could be done?

I reckon it'd be a good idea, if people could pay for bedrooms to be skimmed or ceilings or anything really by credit card, you get the money straight away plus you'd be able to bump the price up, and they get the flexibility of paying at a later date

I doubt the credit card idea would work but you could set up a dont pay for 2 years and 0% interest and all that bullshit, you just need to get a loan shark on board simples :)

I think its a good idea make sure you have all the relvant documents from the bank to show the customer and they have no reason not to trust you and adding 2.5 or 3% when paying by card is the norm

i think the lack of trust would come from there being nothing from stopping someone putting a card cloning thing in the machine.

This is were you need to act and look proffessional cause your right i woudnt trust a nobhead with my card thats why i dont have one

When customers wanna pay with a cheque i try and get them to pay straight in to the bank via online transfer. It quicker and cheaper. its a right ball ache waiting 4-5 working days for a cheque to clear
