Can anyone remember the great drought on plaster.I think it was2002 might be wrong .what a joke it was being on price was a mare.we were on a new build site working for Elvis presley builders .every cheque was return to sender .the groundworker put the bucket of his digger on top of the roof threatening to smash the roof down. the bag shortage just added to the mayhem on site. the moneyman turned up on site camcorder in hand and police with him very shrewd move eh.has anyone any mad site stories would love to read some .

groundworkers eh... lift a ton, cant spell it... most of em pikeys...

didnt get paid in germany for about 4 months or so... just lived off the 'supervisors' (yeh right) float... didnt bother us too much as the beer was cheap, the food and digs were free... just the lads with families got a bit f'cked over... sad really as soon as they'd give it up... the money come through.... and it turned out to be a good little job....

i just have my own personal little limit of "when i run out of money i dont f'ckin come in till you pay me you c'nts..." and it usually works, i aint a bad hand, and if it doesnt, then sommats up and it aint worth hangin about...

I remember that................Wasn't it something to do with BG production line being shut down or was it a strike? Can't remember now
