Kaleta copied all variants of plastering machines from all well-known manufacturers. Kaleta 5 is a copy of pft g4. Kaleta 4 is a cross between m-tec monomix and putzknecht s44, kaleta 3 is putzmeister mp25, kaleta 2 is m-tec m280. Accordingly, all Kaleta models are compatible with the originals for spare parts, and vice versa.

To be honest, having done business and visited KALETA, they are a very good, honest and trustworthy company who support their customers

Just seems when companies copy competitors, customer service can tend to be the one thing they're not so eager to copy.

If you say it ain't so in this instance, then fair enough.

what do you mean by "customer service"?
repair of equipment?
supply of spare parts and consumables?

I think I won’t reveal a big secret - but any more or less competent mechanic of mechanical assembly works can repair a plastering machine, which means that in the absence of "official" or unofficial services - any automobile repair shop (in which the chassis is repaired) - will be able to bring your plastering machine into working condition. -this is how it works here in Russia,

probably for your country - special permits and licenses are required to work with construction equipment

Spare parts is one aspect, but general support and warranty, etc. all affect whether it's a good experience to spend several thousand on a machine.

As you say, you probably have to be more self-sufficient in your part of the world, so I suppose in Western Europe and the UK we sometimes don't realise how fortunate we are.
