Microcement sealer issue

Looking for some advice on an issue with a microcement sealer.

Used festfloor to create a kitchen worktop. All went well. However after applying the second coat of sealer it's left white/cloudy marks, worse of one section and some on the other parts of the worktop.
Festfloor suggested the temp was too low but I'm sure it wasn't below 15c. They suggest adding another coat of sealer to rectify the issue.
I don't see how that will work?

Has anyone got any suggestions?

Could I use any polyurethane sealer or would it be better to stick with festfloor polyurethane sealer?

Also do you you apply a preseal prior to polyurethane?

Sorry I don't know there application process.Sounds to me possibly to much harder or applied to thick?Pics would be good as a light sand may help then start sealing process again but depending on look you've tried to achieve it could ruin desired finish.
