White patches on krend

Noticed some bird poop splattered across my k rend champagne render. Cleaned it with some water plus a few drops of fairy liquid, using a cloth and a very small brush. All was removed. However I got up this morning and noticed 'white patches' where I had cleaned.
Are these marks permanent? Will water wash it off (didn't want to try incase I made matter worse).
Is it lime bloom?
Any advice/help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.

A sign of a good spread when you can praise someone else's good work.
