Got a customer been a bit of a prick, I've told her what's what but it seemed she didn't believe me, so what would you of said caused the crazing on skimming, also she's asking why can you see where boards join and Screws are.

If you cant feel that joint valve fine. As for crazing . Is there a big door patio or bi fold in that room. That's had a warm breeze blowing in

Crazing half the time is caused by your first coat going in to quick in your case though how old are the boards?? .. I cant tell from those pictures but looks ok to me.. Its only supposed to go on 2-3mm if you cant feel it you wont see it is the rule.

Hot day , draught causing rapid drying , bit keen with the water perhaps , perfectly normal to see joint and screw misscolour

It's an open plan conservatory, I've told her with the heat coming out of the conservatory and it rising, that's the first bit of ceiling the air will hit as its the closest part to conservatory, al the rest is fine.

Nightmare isn't it, I've told them to give it a light rub with some fine sandpaper and it will paint fine, she turned round and said well it wasn't a warm day when you did it, then her son said the next morning it was like that, told him the same about the heat and he was fine about it (its his house).
