Intolerant

Been suffering with toothpaste allergy for a few years without knowing. What kind of sap am I. Been scratching my face like mad but fine now after switching to mint and fluoride free.

I was sick with quorn twice and now have allergy to that, ffs... So much for healthy diet...

Can't eat after 6pm and sleep or get gut ache...

Got stomach acid cuz I'm a tad fat and that presses guts down so losing stone now. My bmi is just a, tad high.

Got allergy test next year at hospital but I think it's soap, plaster, ect playing me up. Tree pollen makes me ill but never used to.

All small things but it cuz u iz getting old these things start popping up im afraid.

You may be told you have fatty liver I guess... Been there done that. Very common. I'm sure that's not helping my cause.. I only self medicate (drink) rarely now. Its life choice so not preaching

it is a rule in our house to make a stock from any roast lamb, chicken etc we cook
Usually double up on them. One goes into freezer till we got two to go in stock pot.
4 hours simmer, strain, refrigerate, remove fat top and use that if you want instead of butter if chicken fat or instead of lard if it’s lamb fat

Good traditional dietary advice, that. Sally Fallon and Natasha Campbell-McBride discuss this a lot (with some overlap with the gut-healing aspects Dollar mentioned)

Just try to mostly use bones from young animals, so (ideally) no mature beef bones, or pork bones. This is because lead tends to accumulate in bones during the lifetime of an animal.

Gotta Be done.

Dunno about using skank chicken fat as butter though. Beef dripping on beef sandwiches is top drawer.

Any one become intolerant to owt later in life. I been getting bloated as f**k for bout a year . Started peppermint tabs and its sorted it but wondered if I.ve fell out with summet.

Ive had ibs for about 30 years
Ive found out in intolerant to certain food.
Sultanas and mayonnaise cause me loads of problems.
Try cutting out diary and wheat products. Im sure most of eat far too much bread
Mayonnaise is like kryptonite to me A spoonfae o that and I’m straight on the pan and the night is over

yup... onions stitch me right up these days and eggs...

I have always eaten what i wanted but about 5 years back I was in bits most days for about 2 years... agony but eventually sussed it out

Anything with eggs is a no no. I s**t myself walking down Ben Nevis after an egg Mayo sarnie. A tad squelchy in my shorts. Bowels just gave way to nature without much warning. Nasty.

You might be OK with yolks - generally, it's the whites that cause people the most trouble.
