Been wearing a 13inch MT in for a while and was using it on OCR which seems to have bent it only slightly the wrong way, should this come out just through trowelling up?

It's the only way I've seen, I remember trying this years ago and it actually does work. Us your stainless or carbon steel?
It’s stainless, I’ve just put the trowel edge against a flat surface on both sides and only the tiniest bit of light came through along the length of the shank, once a bit of pressure is applied it disappears, I think it’s from where render has been pushed on mainly through the middle of the trowel, would pressure from skimming get rid of this? It’s not massively bent or warped

I may have a broken in 13" carbon somewhere you'd be welcome to if that helps
