Howdy, I know it's a sore subject on here but what are you lot charging a m2 labour only for mono? Base coat, and top? Just want to see if I'm in the range, North Yorkshire area.
Danke.

Masking up time, beading time, applying base coat time then mono which depending on who‘s could be a day, long day or an overnighter. Small areas or something worth going at? How much labour only are you? You and a bag of tools with someone supplying the equipment or a transit full of equipment?

At the very least £20m2 i would be more But there again I wanted to be a plumber so if someone is charging £20m2 I would want £22m2. Hate the thought of someone getting more than me.

£30/35 m2 bead, base, full mesh and top I charge, small areas I price so its worth while, 2 of us, 3 on bigger areas and a van full of equipment haha. I know lads that go in at £50-60 m2 but that lab+mats don't know their labour only m2 prices.

Just wanted to say is it better for you just to go skimming mate if money is crap rendering
I was reading Alan sugars autobiography and he said at end of the day if you are worse off you might as well just pack up
Have even thought it myself tbh

I'm gunna bump my price up I think.

I cznt cant fathom why it looks shite after a year or 2 dont care how you try sell it
It doesn’t always, if you use a good quality sealer and future proof it the best you can ie on capings or verge trims details etc. No fascade is maintenance free at the end of the day, particularly on a north face.
We’ve done projects 15 years ago that I drive past and they still look sharp.

14k per 60m²

Fair play Wez get in there mate...such a great feeling when the customer phones up and says I'd like to go ahead :burlas: you know you can take it easy on the job and enjoy a nice long holiday or time off with family at the end

Re cleaning
I carry Virosol which is a citrus based degreaser and cheap. Brilliant stuff. All surfaces need a clean especially glossy ones. Mop over and on with the your chosen primer. Any glue with only stick to a clean surface. I also use a window cleaning thing. Don't know what it's called as quick to clean over large surface.

You charge extra for sealer or is it standard on all your jobs?

I think "the window cleaning thing" is called Stevio.

Are you on medication and/or sought professional help for your head problems Pete?
That's a serious question not a piss take.
