I was considering buying a nice tool belt but I am unsure which is the better choice. I am leaning towards the leather belt because i think the nylon would wear faster over time. Since I live in a REMOTE area I am shopping online and its kind of hard to tell which is the better choice. Thank you for your answer if you can help.
Also, I found a selection of leather belts for tools https://leather-toolkits.com/reviews/best-leather-tool-belts/ Now I can't pick which one is better, and maybe you can recommend another belt to me.

This is a porn site - technical porn!

I bought a super-cheap nylon Lidl one to see if it was useful- works great but I must get some braces (suspenders to Yanks), I blame the weight not my beer belly.
Also need some of those safety ties for the drill etc. cannot afford to drop em off a ladder or roof onto somebody bigger than me.

Yeah I bought a cheap Aldi one and it's lasting really well.

That's what mine looks like. Knife tape hammer and a few screws.

Generally I can get what I need in holster pockets
Work trousers with Holster pockets and hammer loop are definitely the way to go mate. My tool belt got chucked in the graveyard as soon as I started wearing trousers with them on. (y)

I'm not really a plasterer. I mostly just do whatever plastering is necessary for my own jobs.
I guess if you were doing whole houses you'd want to be better set up for specifics but for me they're pretty much perfect.

Generally I'll do whatever plastering is necessary, paint it, put a floor down and hand out for the cash.

IF I'm pissing about changing locks or whatever then I'll put the belt on for that bit extra handy room

I have to say I am with you on that now...

I almost live in my work trousers now, they are hard wearing and the inbuilt knee pads are perfect

Why wash them?

I wash my work trousers every now and again,no real need to they dont smell so just leave them

Belt kit for me seen to many blokes wasting time looking for their tape or knife, messing about trying to get screws out of the shite flappy pockets.
Here’s my set up use them Stanley yellow boxes for different screw lengths.
But if I wasn’t so tight I’d prefer a leather belt.

Lot of you are amateurs.

I keep a packet of maltesers and chocolate hobnobs in mine.
Maltese cross country skiing with the biggest estate agent responsible for delivering this to you should take about 5 days with a labourer here and I've tanned the same page with me and the other two bowls are interested in the future of the world last night I had a great day rate like a digger driver for Windows and Linux and Mac with OS commerce in the courtyard
