Multi finish !!

No, it’s to do a lot of them in years gone by, infact they are my favourite thing I like doing, overboard and set ceilings, I earn f**k all now , but if I got a cal to do a 4x4 lid I’d say 325/350, but I do a full room scaffold , sheet doors and windows up, protect flooring going to the room whether that’s up stairs or down
f**k doing all that. Worked for 10years + self employed. Never damaged anyone's carpet, windows, doors etc
Ye but u dont tho.no wonder your Bill's cover £800 a month wen your working on them rates
No I get one a week and 4 days proper work.y bills are £800 a month as I'm not a t**t with money, I earn alot and pay for things when I have the money in the bank. New car on drive, f**k all left to pay on mortgage and house completely done up. So don't act like you know me, or what kind of lifestyle I live

Well it’s how I do it, been plastering since 82 !! Not gonna change now and maybe why I can/use to command more money

Reason being you dont need to panic now about money
Exactly pl
I’ve got a job to stat Monday , I’ve allowed 4 days , but if it takes 6 , I ain’t bothered , it’s nit like I’m snowed under and I need to get to the next job , like I mentioned in another post, money isn’t my motivation anymore, like it use to be

I'm same..just leave them jobs to the bottom feeders,£170 to skim a bedroom ceiling ffs

Haha you 2 crack me up. Bottom feeders now guys on £50 an hour
What’s the difference of plasteres on here u slag off for earning 120/150s a day or u earning 170 less material, so 150/5, cis u earn it in half the time ??

So earning it in half the time isn't a good thing? Ha

So someone grafting paving and getting 2 sets on for 120 a day is on par with me skimming a small bedroom ceiling in 3 hours? Bizzare
Most plasterers I know earning 150 a day , the hardest thing they have to do for the day is get out of bed . So ur at home 3 hours before the other plasterer? big deal, in my prime I would of gone on to do another job

In your prime you would of scaffolded out a room, dust sheeted their whole house, sheeted up their windows and doors then gone and done another job? You talk some s**t ha

Yea,, but some jobs were empty bathrooms/kitchens so protection wast not as critical, I didn’t have to drag a load of plant thru the house ! but my work /clients has changed a lot in the last 25 years , so I’m fortunate enough I haven’t have to do that as much , some jobs I allow a days money just to protect everything

anyway I don’t have to justify myself to you!! I know what I know and I know what I did/do

That why I've been sat at home last 6 weeks instead of working?
Not surprised on your direct debits..could live off universal credit and still survive.mate £170 to skim a bedroom ceiling is shite, dont care if it takes 3 hours,ur not home in 3 hours from wen u start.did materials magically appear in ur van? Do you not pay tax and ni on your £170? Any diesel or did you teleport to the job? You pay for any advertising or are you all word of mouth? It's literally not just 3 hours work is it when you add it up numb nuts

Well if I'm in a position charging £170 a ceiling to take 6 weeks off, still have several grand in the bank, not have to take a mortgage holiday, not have holidays, cars and van payments leaving my account then I must be doing something better than alot of people? Imagine thinking someone with low outgoings has somehow done badly lol

No I didn't, I said if other people were struggling they could take a mortgage holiday. I pay triple my mortgage, £1000 a month if you really want to know
