Yes I’ve owned a few,
I’ve currently got a Honda 4x4 trx 500.
Beast of a machine and it will pull a half tonne no sweat.
I’ve owned a rapture 700r nearly killed my self on it so it had to go, there frighting on tarmac, live quite rural so I drive it on back roads no issue.

Buy a rapture second hand, keep
It 2 years, 2 later you’ll still get what you paid for it, there money in bank.

My eldest had one a few year back we forever had coppers at the door cos the parish council kept complaining to them about the noise and cos he was riding it without a helmet one day , which, is legal by the way. The daft thing was he bought it from a copper who, was good mates with the one who kept coming to our door.
The lad who bought it from my son flipped it doing donuts within 15 mminutes of getting on it and it cost him nearly a grand in plastics and bits to fix it.

Killjoys in every walk of life, you get it to a certain extent if there flying past there house on a little 50cc or something as they can be quite noisey, but there the miserys that slash your football when it goes in there garden.

I test rode one... sod that... I will stick to bikes and cars :D

Obviously if you have a tonne of land to play on then perfect but I agree with @imago

Because when it's wet they churn the ground into a muddy shithole. And when it dries out it's left rutted and dangerous to walk on.
Did you know that bikes aren't even supposed to be on the public footpath system? Only roads and bridle paths.
Cyclists are ignorant b*****d's on the common opposite my house. They expect everyone to get out of their way, when they come hurtling round the paths. I don't get out of the way incase you were wondering.

It's the motor bikes and quads that ruin the path . Not the mountain bikes I dont go on footpaths . And if I see some one in woodsni allways shout from 30 m away so they move and thank 90 percent. Theres tracks round d here that quads n motor bikes have ruined so logs get laid across. This is being done by the f**k**g oldies which really is attempted murder.

No motorbikes or quads on the common here, just wankers on mountain bikes.
Very much liking the logs idea. Cheers John.

Walkers can churn up ground when it’s muddy just as bad. I’ve been to Glastonbury:bailando:
