Joan and myself fell in love at first sight. although people describe her as being high maintenance. she was a fashion model , her nickname was barbie, before she became a nurse.
we are always together if poss. as we enjoy each others company. we share everything. we would get married again in the next life.

most people will over work it when they first dry and it starts pulling in too hard.

it tends to work best if you don't think too hard about it, just smash it up the wall.

Married or not I don’t think it makes any odds biggest commitment to have is your kids! Depends on the women really most blokes just get hitched for there benefit rather than there own in my opinion! Plus ya kinda a hypocrite if you don’t believe in god
 
Best decision I ever made asking my wife to marry me. Had to ask more than once as well.
30+ years later and I love her more than ever.
We both have our own interests and spend loads of time apart. Always pleased to see each other after being apart for a day or three.

I'd do it again, but would spend less on the wedding and more on the honeymoon/house deposit. Big wedding was ok but money for old rope, even the wife agreed a few years after
 
I married a woman who had been married 3 times before. She pestered me to get wed. It only lasted 10 months. I guess she just liked the taste of wedding cake. She’s probably on number 5 now. I would only get married again if she was half my age. Can’t be doing with old biddies
