Step1 call a renderer for a quote
Step2 meet the renderer and get a quote
Step3 agree to the quote
Step 4 let the lads get on with the job
Step 5 pay the lads the amount agreed
Step 6 when the scaffs down stand back and appreciate the graft they’ve put in and think thank f**k I didn’t try to do it myself
Step 7 come back on here and thank me for the advice that I’ve not charged you for

Prime the brick work, use a HP12 applying at 4-6mm (depending what beads you want to use of course) thickness with mesh. Make sure there’s no high points in the base coat otherwise it will shine through the top coat which has happened before luckily only on a small panel. Wait 24 hours to go over the base coat and apply K1. Lay on 2mm thicker over the beads to allow the scrape back. Would reccomend using a i bar to get it nice and flat prior to the scrape finish. That’s a rough breakdown, but check k rends specification for yourself so there’s no one else to blame lol.
