Scaffold fell over

Must have not been tied to the building - Putlog through the window or scaffold wrapped around the building. I’ve seen wall-bolts pull out.
 
how can it be putlogged, timber through window or tied in if the building was being demolished?
It looks more like it should have been dropped a lift as work progressed.
case for the scaffold police.
 
How did they expect such a narrow scaffold to stay up without being tied in regularly along its length?
Good point mate , councils insist on having access underneath when on streets , this really pisses me off , there logic is someone can still work the paths but it just creates hassle all round

More curious than that. The article seems to suggest that the building was demolished before the scaffolding was erected.
