Get a good day rate agreed then just chip away nice and steadyIt's all good. I'll be in here a month. The alcoholic's place will want 3 weeks and then I've got one that's had a river running through it for two years

Getting there. Some bit of painting this (you cheeky c**ts)
Hats off to you mate, That would make me feel itchy all over working in them s**t holes!
You said yourself you were slow Steve, two months later one room done!
Fair play mate! Give it 4 weeks after the new tenant moves in and it’ll be wrecked. LolIt's decent money, hassle free work, no boss, same customer for a year and I like the element of start to finish that there is about it. It won't be a shithole when I leave, that's for sure. It'll be fkg gleaming.

Jealousy is a cruel thing , except in my case , looks like you have it sorted Steve , nice job , day rate at your own pace , bit of this bit of that , no stress , suit me mate , enjoyPfft. What mastery is required here? A bit of skimming and some painting. And enough sense that the man in Dublin can leave me to it.
It's not difficult stuff.
