Got a job with an assload of insulated plasterboard. Any1 use the pinkgrip over the bagged adhesive. Is the foam any good. It seems to be quicker......saves mixing washing etc. What are the thoughts?

Foams prob good when you've got good flat and plumb walls. Try it and report back.

What’s the background and how many boards you got to stick??

Drywall adhesive all the way get 2 bags mixed at a time get it on a spot and stand easyer on the back
Foam is s**t the insulated boards want to bow in the middle foam ain't got no grab
Never used pink grip to be fair but can't see it working that well

I’d s**t myself to stick so many, if any, with pink grip! It might work but I wouldn’t test the theory just in case . A call back is worse than a wet sleeve imo

I've used foam to patch in PB and it's brilliant. Wouldn't use it to stick loads of boards, but for one or two, dont see the problem.
Insulated board can be a pain though, and def wouldn't use it seen as he's mentioned 130 boards. Stick with known quantities.

If the walls are perfectly plumb and the rooms perfectly square using standard boards i would possibly experiment with the foam if, all the cables and boxes had been chased in. However, finding the afore mentioned on the vast majority of work nowadays Is akin to finding the holy grail. Board adhesive all day long.
