Hello
I need some help please for my new pitched roof with felt.

We are having some issues with it still Boeing wet after 14 days

Can someone help me please , my builder telling it’s s leak in a pipe?

Would it be okay to keep it or shall I ask for another complete board and plaster ?

Thank you for help in advance

Thank you for your reply.

It’s part of an extension and the roof is brand new...is it the roof or is it the pipes from the bathroom directly above the ceilings?

Thank you

If they find the leak and stop it, would it still be a okay to keep or do you think the damage from the water has blown the plastering and skimming?

Of course it needs 're doing but by a professional and not the clown who did it in the first place. I'm having a go at you personally it just winds me up seeing work that people think is ok or just can't be arsed. Go round and f**k the builders wife too to get your own back

Hello
Yes I am very positive it is the bathroom pipes leaking, my builder is saying that it will dry and be okay.... is he feeding me crap

No that I have gotten rid of the taste of my builders s**t .... is there anything I can do if he said no he will not change , unfortunately I have paid him for this part of the work ... final bill is £4000 for the rest of the extension work.

Is there a regulator I can seek help from ?
Or even a legal avenue? Or am I just simply bum f***ed
