:inocente:

All these years I thought that the bubble should be between the lines and you shouldn't be able to get your fingers between the middle of the level and the wall. Every day's a school day. (y)
Lol it was off the scale mate I pulled back as close as I could, I’ll post better pictures for you next week :numberone:

Next you'll be telling me it's a parallax view because it's so close to the wall stereopsis isn't possible.

80sqm is decent money, esp if its a random rubble finish with wet joints. One can put away 3-5 meters a day in that style. Esp with bigger stone. If its more sticking to the rules of stonework, maybe 2-3.5 meters a day depending on what type stone and size. Here its between 50-85euro a sq meter but getting 85 is difficult because of the others throwing shite up going in cheap. Starting new job tomorrow with decent enough money but its a dry joint and it can be a big head f**k sticking within the rules. Will keep ya posted of the progress.

It's quite cheap when you consider that lime pointing is a similar price, but nowhere near the graft involved.

Random wet joint stone work around my way is generally done on a time and lime basis and square metres prices are only offered if it is new tumbled stone with a fixed bed size.

I had a try at building a garden wall but I made no effort to level the found for it as I thought I would be able to sort it as I laid the bricks :). I was wrong and the wall was a mess so I rendered it then tyroleaned on top and it looked the dogs :)
