Into eating Healthy
 
I try not to eat anything that's made by a Muslim ya never know what they could put in it!!! Next way of killing people it's only a matter of time!! They might go down the poison route next.
 
I've gone into mental girl mode , bought a wedding dress a size too small and been eating nothing but slimming world stuff. Tried it on at the weekend it now fits... mental girl win! :D
Well done Jess, now don’t slip back into the eating habit now your dress fits as you’ll try it on next week and it won’t fit again! The worst part of dieting is trying to keep it off
 
when i was in rehab after my heart bypass to learn how to diet and exercise correctly.
i was told if you eat red meat it should be no larger then the palm of your hand. eat oily fish twice a week. plenty of salad, no fried food. if you eat chicken don't eat the skin. don't eat smoked fish. don't eat large meals just graze through the day.
 
Many years ago we was doing Some building work in very well known Supermarket. After seeing the bread made and the fish and meat packaged it almost turned me.

I had my malaysian friend over and after about a week of him staying with me he said that he really needs more food... I was like ooooh sorry thought the meals were good... he said they were but but he would like them split into 6 separate meals :D

i was told that it is better to graze as your heart does not have to work hard pumping blood to you digestion system to digest a large meal.

How the hell are you doing that with this job? How do you find the energy to run around all do too?
Just because your dieting it doesn’t mean you can’t eat, I eat a lot of food just healthy stuff. I keep carbs low proteins high lots and lots of fruit and veg, over the last 8 weeks iv achieved the holy grail of losing fat and building muscle at the same time

I am healthy, why would having low enough body fat to see intercostal muscles mean your not healthy?

Yes. Until you stop eating sawdust from slimming world. Then you'll see why it's not a good idea.

It's pushing it a bit. Less than 20% fat isn't too bad, less than 15% is great, less than 10% is starting to get edgy. What you trying to do?

If that is your true bodyfat then you are below healthy fat levels for a male. Your body will start edging to a catabolic state where it is breaking itself down rather than repairing. Lots of health problems as you drop below 10%, not all instant-death style problems, but not good.
I've been down to 8% (measured by a physio and British Olympic Medical Centre) but it was when I was cycle racing, and only in season. Now I'm a nice healthy 45%:eek:
 
Tiny must be body builder type guy , tbf I’d say well done for getting below 10% if you feel good that’s main thing I’ve always been 15 -20%

about 5 years ago I did some fitness modelling on the side I’m just curious to see if I can get back down to the same conditioning I was in then, no particular date or time frame I’m just enjoying the process

Fair play to you... it takes a lot of dedication and discipline to do that... I simply dont have the time or the patience :-(
