It' got doc. It's only shed and only get prob round doors

Pea shingle trench around the outside. Sovereign Rendermix on the inside, rubbed up tight (compacted hard) with good clean rendering sand. Single skin always a problem. Plenty of expanding foam around the frame. A decade of the rosary might help too

The problem is only round the doors . .think it' cause waters sitting on step so gonna put a bit of a slope in front of door and bring rest to edge so it runs of

Where its green algae is telling you that water is sitting there, you need to make sure the water runs off and doesn't sit at the bottom of the frame soaking into the masonry.
