I'm not happy with those rates but I'm mostly domestic and give a s**t over my standards not like alot I see sadly

Those rates are not good, even if you can make them work for you, the temptation is to leave a below standard job if you struggle one day, also as Zombie says if you can’t make those rates pay time to jack in but what if it’s all angles no mention of a beading rate or narrow width rates so no I ain’t taking it back those rates are not good

im on the fence here being it 2018 it should be £4 for skimming.
but site lads who are used to it leaving a decent job would earn at least £300 a day.
a run off work on £300 a day is a decent wage.
with a small gang of lads you should be earning £400 too £500 a day.
which is a very decent wage.

I get that and you can earn out of it but what if it was all window reveals? I know it wouldn’t be but my point is you don’t know what the areas are all you have is a metreage rate which seems to me to be coming down rather than going up as it was

From what I’ve read of your posts you seem to have your head screwed on. I guess it’s the stepp backwards price wise I don’t like plus all the stuff that’s not mentioned

Surely it depends where in the country the work is as to what is or isn't a good rate?
House prices vary wildly between areas, why wouldn't rates of pay?
Personally I don't think anyone in my area should have to skim more than 50sqm to earn £200.

I absolutely agree with you Andy, it seems to me the more things that come out to make your working life a bit easier they drop the prices but the end product, the house is being sold for more and more

What exactly is it that makes our lives easier? OK sticky scrim. But apart from sticky scrim? Electric mixers. But apart from sticky scrim and leccy mixers what makes our lives easier? Speedskims and spats. OK OK apart from sticky scrim, leccy mixers, Speedskims and spats, what makes our lives easier?
Bloody hell this talking to yourself is great fun @Pagey and I don't fell at all mad.

See there’s something there I know what you said is funny but now you have a drill possibly no labourer, you bought the drill to make your life easier and some git thinks oh he doesn’t need a labourer now I’ll drop the metreage rate. It makes my head implode but I know it won’t change, you forgot stilts by the way and gloves haha

I wouldn't call blocking two members a 'spree' exactly, would you? I did try to block @Danny but for some reason it wouldn't let me.
