Need screed for an extension, 52m sq approx by 50mm max. No UFH. Four rooms.
Onto concrete floor.
1. 4.5m x 4.5m
2. 4.5m x 3.5m
3. 4.5m x 3m
4. 1.2m x 2m
Tradional or flow? and idea of price.
Near Bristol.

dont forget to take into account access to site, parking, is it at the end of the garden ? is it up/down steps ?
can the lorry get outside ?
logistics can affect a lot of things !!!!!
piddly rooms also take longer to prep if you was having flow screed .
 
As above said if have the access I'd go flow screed, it's such a quick and painless process, anything over 40sqm is similar money to traditional too I lve been told, I paid 1600 quid last year for 42sqm @75 mm thickness, 40 min it took them to pump it in and dabble it. If you go traditional get it premixed takes then you only have to lay it.

I’m a Liquid Screed installer.
Would have quoted 1,150 - 1,200 on this job.
But presume it’s all done?
