Heard the white monocrome is having problems with pinky colours blooming through when dry ? Any one had this happen to them shame if so as I like the stuff .

Seen on Facebook Some bloke did. U could see in the pictures it's the mono not made right. But the rep said it was the plasterers fault. Could not believe what I was reading. How they could say it's the plasterers fault is crazy. I was going to start using a lot of it this year. But after seeing that on Facebook put me off tbh.

Tbf the vimark ocr ive used was the best I’ve used and the arenino I’ve used on 5 different jobs each one is faultless, when I’ve used new products before they all have teething problems, I bet even parex did and do , a bit like us working we all have a f**k up and learn from it but do feel for the lad who has an issue on his job

Thats the monochrome that vimark would not replace. I would go nuts if I had that on a house half way down a 80m2 set. Down your time. Then have to take it off more time. Then buy new materials.

teething problems my hole.

I did try to call Alex the vimark rep today to see if he can shed some light on the matter as was planning to do a house with the white next week as I hear it's brighter than monoblanco but he never answered il try him tomorrow and let you lads know what he's saying as he's banned from the group on Facebook so he can't give his side.

Which group and why is banned?

@Marshy is constantly banned, but that doesn’t stop him to spread his light across the net and milfs are desperate to find his address
Chose a ball Marshy and win the Easter lottery

Strange for him to be banned from anywhere what ever group it is , most plasterers want to be able to discuss stuff online , I seen other f**k ups with other render manufacturers and don’t think they are banned from anywhere, suppose that’s the thing with internet though, stinks

Is this your job mate ?

No and if it was and a rep called out and didn't hold his hands up that its the product fault. Id put him through the wall. U don't seem to understand Pete. How vinmak didn't offer to sort that big f**k up out is a big problem. U seen the size of jobs I do. I need a company that will hold there hands up when it's there f**k up.

Iv used vinmak it's lovely stuff to use. But u need some sort of back up. And to be honest I was shocked when I seen the pictures. and the bloke saying they wouldn't replace the mono.

In my opinion I'd want a full refund.

Disapointing there local to me.. was going to have ago this year with there stuff.. but after this i dont think il bother if they cant take blame for there material.

We are trying to resolve the matter and ask other applicators that unless they've had problems with our product ie failure to serve purpose, then please don't dismiss the product.

You could see the photo and a video of the only discoloration area which you could hardly see from a meter distance.

We launched an investigation on Mono, off white 02 colour, and provided a sample of contamination to the factory.

In the meanwhile we supplied equalizing paint to a customer and we are offering our help to repair that issue.

Am going to use there ocr. But mono we will have to see.
Fair enough least you no where you stand if it goes tits up ... for someone who piles on how good there products are to not take responsibility really bad customer service more about sales.
First time ive heard a bad review though.

If it went tits up. I'd be after them. I'd not let it go. Been there with other company. Got to the steps of a courtroom. I got paid and sum.

Looks good on the video. But in the picture he put up it's very noticeable. Is that on the side of the building. He said on Facebook he used 80 bags. Am very interested in this Alex as I wanted to use it this year as I like it. Am even going to drive to the UK to use your ocr with @Vincey.

Fair enough, I see , like j green says there on that post though at least give chance to discuss the situation, funny see Parex chipping in there to say this that and the other , they should keep there mouths shut , gloating and sticking there 2 pence worth in , I remember seeing there products coming out all different shades of a colour a few times and they offered the guy the same , paint and labour I think , we all have seen Weber ocr hairline crack

This is the problem with baged render. We all pay a Premium price for it. But it' not premium at all. Sand and cement site mix is better. But we pay for baged render because the machines mix and spray it.

I put the post on here from Facebook so Alex could have his say. As he can't on that group.

We made a video of every single wall and it is the only area of discoloration. We applied some water to make the discoloration area more noticeable, it was still hard seeing it.

We supplied equalizing paint and we are offering our help to resolve the matter.

It's a storm in a tea cup to me,
It's a tiny area, sounds like a pigment issue at manufacturing stage, with a rogue bag or 2, image how many tens of thousands of bags they shift and this is the only case that's been heard, Or is there more that would be different.
to slate and Condem a product for an isolated (if it is that) case is just daft.
it's up to the rep to reassure the applicators that it is just that, people can hold court on face book and the like but it's nonsense.
