Mist coat bubbling

Hi, I have had my walls recently plastered (6 weeks ago), but on certain parts of the new plaster the mist coat bubbles and peels away. It only appears to happen on the pine end wall. Any suggestions as to what I can do to rectify this please

is the paint peeling from the plaster or the plaster peeling from the wall?

If the paint is coming away from the plaster then they most likely did not mist coat it properly and should be shot at dawn
