We have one large wall in our lounge/diner which measures 26 feet x 8 feet that is covered with artex. After reading on other forums the way to get rid of the artex by many plasterers is having it skimmed over. Our hall/landing walls also have artex on them. This area is 8 feet high x 12 feet with 12 steps on the stairs and the landing being 6 feet wide x 8 feet high. Please could someone give us an estimate with what sort of cost we would expect to pay. Thank you for your time and responses in advance.

I'll do it for a cheeseburger.

I forgot to add that we live in Slough in a normal average sized 3 bed end of terrace house. Thanks!
Hi Bubbles, If you put your contact details up i.e telephone number. Then I’m sure someone that’s local will give you a call. That sort of job needs to be priced in person because of all the different things to take into account. Get a couple of quotes and choose the one who you feel comfortable with. Good luck! :coffe:
