Was using this mesh on internal walls today. Real easy to apply. Well impressed. 100m x 1m roll. Walls were a real webb of cracks and a previous skimmed walk was cracked up so I thought I'm not getting called back, so used the mesh as a fix. Walls are concrete so solid under. Anyone used before? I'm really impressed with it

Used the outside render me ash on a few 1930s houses

Like I always say on this subject if walls warrant mesh then they should be knocked back to brick.

I always advise this on quotes then when the tight T***s don't take my advice which 90% dont the cracking on there heads not mine and just skim the f**k**s!

Think you got to size it up. This is cement render with plaster skim. Every room is webb cracks everywhere however, it's solid. It's like the house has shattered. With wallpaper it was fine but now the fashion is flat walls. Makes me think even If you removed to brick it would shatter again.. Maybe. I think you are right though and better to remove but that's for an empty house, then gut the place

Is it expensive?.
Ye that mesh is quite expensive but lucky has enough left of a rendering job .. like said above around 75..
Ye we would all love to advise to take back to brick but they won' all pay it and dont want the mess or time .. I see it as a middle decision which will prevent further cracking more people go for this option.

Great to see a thread on our new EZE Mesh. Proving to be a very popular Mesh and the quality is also regarded as the best out there.

@Marshy it does appear expensive, but it is designed for Internal plaster and there is 100m on a roll. Weber only has 50m on a roll.

Our best selling Mesh for renders is the 210g, check out the range on this link, Im sure you'll agree the price is keen and you wont beat the quality: https://www.plasterers1stopshop.co.uk/plastering-amp-rendering-supplies-c-267/reinforcing-mesh-c-340

Rhino I know your products are top drawer as you ask us lot if you need a 2nd opinion :sisi:

They are always out of stock on things lol my fault for endorsing a lot of them lol
Well they have a bigger premises which they are moving to sometime. No idea when. They shift a lot of stuff by looks of it as I was watching lorry being loaded up. Nice helpful bunch to although I caught them at the end of day at closing time. There new putz skimmer thing has just made my speed skim redundant..

Ha ha. Yeah.. After freebies..fat chance.. I was like a kid in a sweet shop. I want one of everything. You should see the trowels all lined up. Maybe it's just me but I love the kit and you rarely get chance to see it up close. Can't wait to go back but I have limited funds to spend and I can't keep up with it all
