Have an 18 super for same job and it’s sound, don’t see any reason why you won’t like it

I can’t get on with my mediflex nela Just don’t feel man enough in the hand if I’m honest if that makes sense maybe I need a @clemo handle to go on it ;)

Doesn’t a massive flexy defeat the object of making the final trowel easier? The bigger the trowel the more pressure needed to achieve the same finish as a smaller trowel.

Starting to think i.m only person to go down in size on trowel on here. Gone from 14 to 13 and love it. Got 14 out a few times for round rsj.s n pillers but don' even bother now. Just extra s**t to get out van . Think I.m gonna flog it . Though plastic fantastic made a rare appearance other day on a big artex ceiling.

Best trowel I've ever used for trowelling up was an old 11" ragni. ....

Like pushing a feather around great when my elbow playing up!

Christ I've covered some acres with the old grey and black handled Ragni's.
Trouble is you need plenty of S&C work to wear them in nicely, but few get much of that now.
