You'd have to take it to them to add more colour. It can be made darker but can't be made lighter. They'll charge extra though.

Markla the KRend TC15 is tinted in Northern Ireland, did you buy it direct from them or through a builders merchant.
Did your customer pick the colour of a sample card , you can get a 5kg sample tub from KRend and make a sample before you buy the materials.

@tyzak i got the tc15 through minster they did it as a favor as they stock Weber mainly.
to be fair the lass did say she would ring k-rend see if she could do something but i dont hold out much hope.
customer chose the colour from the sample pack they sent me which i must say when i show potential customers they are impressed and i get a fair bit of work from it.
i even showed her the websit with their colour swatch simulator again she went for light bronze now though things have all changed i,m going to be stuck with tc15 am trying to convince customer to have it done and if it dont darken as it dries out ill put a silicone paint over it which sort of defeats the object of having a low maintenance self cleaning product.

people are a funny breed ar,nt they.

That's the way forward from this one mate, silicone paint afterwards I've done it before

@Leeroy thanks nice to know i can get over it even tho its not an ideal solution
just hope it never happens again not been a happy week

Surely if customer has chosen the colour then any cost involved is there's to burden?

Unless the colour looks completely different to the sample provided?
