Had my first go at magnetic plaster today and it seems to have gone ok. It's for my little boys room, was wondering if anyone had pictures of things they'd done when it was all painted to give me a bit of inspiration.

i not skimmed that:numberone: it was wallpapered and just stripped the paper so far

Looks cock on mate, never used it myself what's it like to work with?
really nice to work with, really creamy and trowels up deadneasy....gave 1st coat a speedskim and then left for ages

take it you were serious then(y) not many plasterers write kids book
Yep deadly serious as usual :) I've done quite a few and everyone I have done has changed every time I've been back with what's on it. I've just painted mine for the third time with chalk paint and it's just as strong but the kids love it even more. The price is always met with hmmmmmm that's expensive, but that's coz they compare it to normal finish which this is not, it's like comparing tiles with wallpaper or carpets with paint. Most parents don't bother about paying out for games and gaming machines, phones, toys and so on and to have a wall that can be used for ever for all ages is a no brainier especially for young kids. Arti done a top video of different uses have a look
